Description

The District Manager’s main priority is managing and leading a group of Account Managers that are accountable for in-store execution through a set group of key customers. The District Manager will also be responsible for coaching and developing their respective team. District Managers are accountable for driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of key customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned Account Manager and track the execution of these monthly KPI’s. This includes feedback/coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews.
Establish and maintain regular and on-going communications with retail partners in order to successfully implement national and local programming.
Teach Account Managers selling skills, including cold-calling, overcoming objections and using retail math skills.
Conduct regular Account Manager meetings to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
Ensure the Account Manager team understands and adheres to Company standards and operating procedures
Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done
Account Sales Manager duties as needed, including delivering, establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers to increase sales and selling space
Effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner to Red Bull executional standards.

Qualifications


  • 3 - 5 yrs experience in DSD management, including proven track record of meeting exceeding assigned sales objectives
  • 2 yrs management experience in sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to present one-on-one and in a group
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs over your head
