Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with dietary restrictions and department standards
- Assist in menu planning and contribute to the creation of new dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, utensils, and cooking tools are clean and sanitized
- Support catering events by assisting with food preparation and setup
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Cook or Dishwasher in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives and other cooking equipment
- Willingness to assist in various tasks within the kitchen as needed
