Job Description

COMC has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Associate to join our team in Algona, WA. The Logistics Associate will report to the Logistics Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods and materials to different company locations, as well as maintaining accurate delivery logs and reports. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an exemplary driving record.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative employee with outstanding interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and motivational skills. They are discreet, tactful, and timely. They will proactively seek out opportunities to build and maintain partnerships internally and externally. They thrive in a demanding, fast, and ever-changing environment. The ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, understand, and clarify business needs, and develop processes that achieve business objectives is a key indicator of success for this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive company-owned vehicles to transport goods and materials to various locations.
  • Load and unload goods and materials, ensuring that they are secured properly.
  • Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are in good condition and report any issues to management promptly.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports, including inventory tracking and record keeping.
  • Communicate with the Logistics Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
  • Uphold COMC values, quality standards, and exemplify C.A.R.D. culture.
  • Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization.
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
  • An annual driver’s record check will be conducted
  • Enhanced Driver’s License or Passport
  • High School Diploma/GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and its applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs


Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with or interested in learning about the trading card industry
  • Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB, including Hockey and Soccer etc.)
  • Knowledge in the non-sports card industry (Marvel, Entertainment, Trading Card Games, Pop Culture)

This position requires the ability to work with standard computer equipment such as keyboards, monitors, personal computers, and scanners. This position requires the ability to maintain delicate computer instruments with regular care as instructed.

The employee is sometimes required to stand, walk, bend, and reach with hands and arms for short to long periods of time; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; talk and hear. The position requires the ability to work with fingers to pick, pinch, and carry out substantial movements of the wrist and hands to perform tasks of delicate manual dexterity, handling small, fragile inventory with great precision and care. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.
