Our Hartford team is seeking for an experienced Program Manager. Supervise direct care staff serving adults with persistent mental illness. Oversee the day to day implementation of the structured environment including, but not limited to:

• Implementation of treatment plans, maintaining DMHAS licensing standards, provide training and supervision to all direct care staff
• Serve as a liaison to external providers and the community at-large.
• Work as one of 7 supervisors in the residential component of the program under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services.

 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience with the population
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to manage crisis situations, excellent judgment and must be willing to work within an integrated team that includes clinicians, care coordinators, and psychiatric day treatment case managers
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Reliable automobile and valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass and maintain MAP certification
