• Wage: starting at $34/hr. 

• Sign on bonus: $600 ($300 paid at 90 and 180 days)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. 

A Day in the Life: 

• Perform daily work orders
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the residents
• Work with Community Relations Director to determine next priorityapartment turn
• Schedule apartments turn and ensure completion in timely and accurate
• Assist with ordering supplies as needed

Requirements: 

• At least two years knowledge in building maintenance
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• On call as needed
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentations
• Possesses the ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English
• Possess the ability to multi-task
• Possesses a solid understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical
• Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people
• Must pass Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
