Client in Anderson, SC is in the market for Machinist and CNC Machine Operators

Hours :

7 : 30am – 3 : 30pm (M-F); however, they are currently working the following hours :

7 : 00am – 5 : 30pm (Monday – Thursday)

7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm (Friday)

7am-12noon (Saturday) Volunteers

2) – 10 minute paid breaks & 30 minute Lunch unpaid

Machinist

CNC Lathe and Mill Programmers using Fanuc controls

Boring Mill Operator

OOYA Operator

CNC Machinist qualifications :

Must be able to read blueprints and use calipers / micrometers

Must be proficient in reading a tape measure

Basic machine programming using “G” and “M” codes

Basic machine practices (Deburring parts, drilling and tapping holes, cutting key-ways, indicating vices, and off-setting tools)

Will probably run two machines – work is different every day – familiar with all metals

Must be able to program

Must be able to convert metric to standard and vice versa

Safety glasses – will provide first pair; Steel toe not required; Long pants

Background Checks and Drug TEST – this company does administer random drug test
