Chase Staffing is currently hiring for an Facility Technician in the White, GA area. The Facility Technician is responsible for the preventive maintenance on equipment used in manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production activities all in accordance with the high industry standards and within manufacturing timescales.
Swing Shift : 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6am
Pay rate : $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities
149; Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, airguns, IPA, cloths, vacuum and other appliances.
149; Disassemble machines and take off parts for replacement or repair by using chain falls, hand tools and jacks.
149; Examine or carry out tasks on broken machine parts and identify defective parts or give recommendations to supervisors on repair requirements.
149; Replace, fix or realign machine parts and accessories in line with production specifications.
149; Application of adhesives, lubricants or other materials to machines or their parts as well as other equipment in accordance with stated procedures.
149; Put machine parts together after accomplishing maintenance and repair work.
149; Take off hardened material from machines or machine parts by utilizing power and hand tools jack and sledge hammer, abrasive and other appliances.
Required Qualifications
149; 1 years of cognitive and vocational experience in handling machine and machine parts
149; 1 years knowledge of mechanical maintenance and electrical process
149; Excellent time management skills and execute all orders and / or demands in a timely manner
149; Ability to handle basic tools
149; Learn how to operate the BMS System, Dock Door / Leveler Maintenance, Dust Collector Maintenance, Exhaust Fan maintenance, Humidifiers and Highspeed Doors.
149; Ability to illustrate general maintenance requisite and procedures for operation on various pumps including reciprocating, centrifugal, vane, and etc.
