Pay Range : $25.67 - $37.70 USD hourly.

Purpose of Job :
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by managing patient care at assigned pharmacy by performing the following duties :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
In addition to Pharmacy Technician duties, the following are responsibilities of the Pharmacy Support Supervisor.
Ensures smooth day-to-day operations of assigned pharmacy :
Pharmacy Support Supervisor I : Pharmacy averages
Pharmacy Support Supervisor II : Pharmacy averages >
1000 scripts per week
Provides direct supervision of pharmacy support staff.
Promotes positive staff relations that promote efficient patient care standards.
Qualifications :
Education / Experience : Pharmacy Technician Board (PTCB or NHA) certification required. Washington locations must have active Pharmacy Technician Certification license with WA Department of Health at time of hire.
Idaho locations must have active Certified Pharmacy Technician Registration license with ID State Board of Pharmacy at time of hire.
Minimum of two years’ Pharmacy experience preferred.
Skills : Computer skills required. Ability to effectively manage a diverse staff. Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pharmacy terminology and accurate spelling ability required. Compassion for patients required.
BLS (CPR / AED) required. Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required. Valid drivers’ license and insurance required.
Physical Demands :
Pharmacy Support Supervisors are required to stand, sit, and be mobile one-third to two-thirds of the time. They are required to use hands to finger, handle or feel over two-thirds of the time, as well as reach with hands and arms.
Climbing or balancing occurs less than one-third of the time; while stooping, kneeling or crouching occurs between one-third and two-thirds of the day.
Communicating by talking / hearing occurs over two-thirds of the day. Amount of time spent lifting or exerting force is about 50% for up to 10 pounds and less than one-third of the time up to 25 pounds.
Rarely is there a need to lift more than 26 pounds.
