Salary: $83,000 - $120,000

This individual will assist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities by providing project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and data analysis. They will enable, drive, and deliver strategic objectives and business results.

This position will be REMOTE and will require up to 50% travel.

Job Summary

As the Regional Culinary Director for the Strategic Business Implementation Team, you will implement and support the operational maintenance of all food related programs. You will also play a key role in the opening of new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Provides support for regional accounts in all aspects of culinary operations to ensure contractual obligations are met
Assists in implementing corporate and regional programs based on Sector and Regulatory standards
Identifies and communicate strategies to improve customer and client satisfaction
Identifies and implements training programs to ensure high quality food and service at facilities
Encourages compliance with purchasing programs and initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized Culinary school, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Food Service or Hospitality Management Program
Five (5) years of progressive food service management experience, two (2) in a multi-unit setting
Ability to operate a standard computer, including proficient use of MS Office applications
ServSafe certified within one (1) year of date of hire
Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with developing and executing culinary training programs at various skill levels
