POSITION SUMMARY:
- Directly oversee/assist with the delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents to ensure that emotional, physical,
- Work with residents, families, and Community to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.
- Develop and/or monitor documentation systems
