TITLE: Senior Data Developer
LOCATION: Charlotte, North Carolina

JOB SUMMARY: Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements to support various marketing initiatives; lead the sourcing, loading, transforming, and staging of the data for lead generation and/or to enable business reporting. Interface with business partners to gather requirements and user needs, communicate effectively with internal and external teams to source new data, and monitor and administer automated and manual data integration and ETL jobs to verify execution and measure performance. Utilize SQL, Shell Script, and Python to extract, create, integrate, and analyze various datasets. Lead technical projects end-to-end and lead internal staff, vendors, consultants, and external partners to quickly identify and resolve data integration and ETL job issues. Implement robust data staging audits on new data sources leveraging technical solutions, such as QuerySurge, SQL Developer, and Alteryx, analyzing new data sources and presenting business intelligence. Leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and MicroStrategy to generate reports and business insights.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering (any), or related discipline. 5 years of experience with database marketing, including relational databases and translating data into marketing needs; utilizing SQL, Shell Script, or Python to extract, create, and analyze various datasets; 3 years of experience with data integration, including bringing together disparate and multiple data sources into central data repository; utilizing various ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data; and 2 years of experience utilizing data visualization tools for business reporting, including Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Alteryx.
