Position Summary:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors in social or behavioral health.
• One year of experience working with substance involved individuals/families, as well as knowledge of child abuse/neglect issues.
• Must have a valid Florida drivers license, and be willing to provide services in a community setting.
• Good computer skills are required, as staff member will document an electronic medical record.
• Knowledge of child abuse/neglect issuesand the child welfare system
• Ability to use Motivational Interviewing preferred
• Ability to provide services in the community
• Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage stressful situations and display appropriate work demeanor and boundaries.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Ability to use a computer and learn the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
