Roving Security Shift Supervisor

Charlie Mike Protective Services is searching for a shift supervisor. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and energetic individual to supervise and mentor our newer agents while upholding the professional standard we set.

Duties include:

• Travel to vendor sites to provide support to the assigned agent on site, ensure the agent is performing their duties and document the interactions. (Transportation provided)
• Ensure Agents complete necessary reports prior to the end of their shifts and assist as needed.
• Cover shifts as needed if staffing is unexpectedly unavailable.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Arizona DPS Armed and Unarmed Guard Card
• (5) years Security with supervisory experience and / or (3) years Law Enforcement / Military experience

Hourly:

Starting: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour
