Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Lead Security Guard at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will:
- Work various security details such as: Hostile Terminations, Workplace Violence, Asset Recovery/Delivery, Close Protection and more.
- Assist security guards with operational questions and concerns.
- Assist with employee performance reviews.
- Interact with current and potential security clients.
- Enforce company policies and procedures through counseling's and/or progressive discipline.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Arizona armed/unarmed guard license.
- A valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in security operations, armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to Details
- Must have good spoken and written English.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends (if necessary).
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
