Store Operations Manager

Charlie Hustle is looking for driven and detail-oriented candidates for the Store Operations Manager position at our flagship located at 4747 Broadway BLVD, KCMO 64112, on the Country Club Plaza!

Our Mission

  • We set out on a mission to bring back your favorite t-shirt from the past, and back into your current wardrobe. In everything we do, our purpose is to Evoke Happiness.

Main Duties Are:

  • Managing Store Inventory, including ordering, back stock/storage management, weekly transfers, and more.
  • Pop-ups, Events, and Store inventory management and logistics.
  • Customer Experience, including engagement and business reviews.
  • Employee/customer morale at the store.
  • Ensuring product quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met

Some Duties Include:

  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
  • Manage expenditures and strive for efficiency in ordering.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transfers and adjustments.
  • Create plans to attract and convert in-store customers and meet goals.
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year retail key holder/management experience
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean retail store
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be customer-focused, high energy, and have an outgoing personality

Helpful Dispositions and Skills:

  • Ability to organize and lead.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices.
