We are seeking a Manager, Recruiting to join our high-growth team and lead G&A hiring. In this role, you’ll take ownership of leading and building a team, recruiting best practices, achieving hiring plan goals, and leading data and reporting efforts for the teams you support. You’ll partner with leadership in various departments to build teams and help shape the culture and processes of the department.
The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, a data-driven mindset, and pursue excellence. You are someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. You have a passion for building relationships and collaborating with others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. You are highly analytical and have a track record of using data to make informed decisions that lead to positive outcomes.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $90,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#LI-Hybrid
