General Manager
- Uphold high standards of guest service and teach others to do the same
- Recruit and develop a team of high performers that provide the best possible service within labor budget
- Ensure all team members are in proper uniform that is polished and professional
- Conduct inventory and report variances so you can maintain inventory and ordering based on CHG procedure including FIFO while keeping inventory on hand within weekly usage
- Learn and utilize all computer and pos systems to control costs and labor
- Associates Degree
- Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
- ServSafe Certified
