Job Title: Reservation Resort Specialist
Reports to: Reservations Manager
Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina, rated as the #1 resort in South Carolina, has a fantastic opportunity for a Reservation Resort Specialist to join our team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take reservation and customer service calls providing a unique experience for each and every guest.
Ensure accuracy of online and 3rd party bookings.
Handle billing inquires and resolve guest issues.
Assist with spa and dinner reservations.
