In this role, your work has a direct impact on the lives of clients; our goal is that through providing best-in-class service, and caring enough to ask the difficult questions, you can earn the trust and dedication of our participants.
Your daily interactions will be with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans over the phone, providing guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options.
As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you will become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services, consulting with participants in retirement plans to identify needs and offer solutions that can change their futures.

Flexibility to work Monday-Friday any time between 7 : 00am 9 : 00pm CST based on contact center needs
Preferred Qualifications
NOTE : This position has a June 17th, 2024 start date. Shifts are assigned between 7 AM and 9 PM CST, Monday - Friday and NOT available for 100% remote work.
