Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer, Treatment Advocates are responsible for establishing, maintain and develop relationships with referents as well as identify new business opportunities within assigned territory. Additionally, Treatment Advocates are responsible for working with all facets of the treatment experience for a patient, their family, and all referral sources.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a strong desire to help patients, families and all referents in the transition to treatment.
- Establishes, maintains and develops relationships with referents.
- Compiles competitive data and analyzes.
- Takes an active and collaborative role as a member of Outreach team.
- Acts as a liaison between program staff and referents.
- Works closely with Case Management team and communicates all expectations of referents.
- Coordinates Provider Presentations for internal team
- Conducts presentations to external sources to highlight company services offered.
- Submits timely reporting data re: community activity, expense reports, annual strategic plans.
- Attends industry related trade shows and community events.
- Attends and participates in all marketing meetings and calls.
- Adheres to department and company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates knowledge and adherence to state and federal confidentiality regulations.
- Meets and exceeds established targeted goals.
- Continuously works with supervisor to enhance account portfolio.
- Works cohesively with operations and all team members.
- Provide weekly schedule to supervisor.

Education and Experience:
- 3 Years experience in behavioral health or the addiction treatment marketing & outreach industry.
- Valid driver's license required, all required CRR training upon hire date.
- Demonstrates proven sales and closing skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, CRMs
- Passion for helping those with SUDs and AUDs
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected
