The Student Services Program Support will perform a wide variety of administrative duties in support of daily operations of the office of Student Support Services. The Student Services Program Support will be responsible for the organization, preparation, transcription and maintenance of confidential records and documents under the direction of the MTSS coordinator. This position reports to the Dean of Student Support and directly supports MTSS coordinators. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, organize, and maintain compliance documentation logs.
Assist MTSS coordinator with organizing, managing, and maintaining confidential student files.
Schedule 504 and Student Support Team(SST) meetings.
Organize and maintain meeting minutes and calendars.
Assist with the collection, distribution, and documentation of vital student information
Organize and maintain the sensory room and its usage.
Support MTSS coordinators and academies with other duties as assigned.
Work Experience and Qualifications
1 year of clerical experience in a fast-paced environment required
Experience in K-12 school setting
Experience working with high needs students
Strong knowledge of office and administrative practices and principles
Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and writing skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced knowledge of Google Classroom, Windows, and Microsoft Office;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment;
Works independently and confidentially with privileged, sensitive information and materials;
Ability to effectively communicate with district personnel, schools, the community, and families •
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and remote meeting platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
