Regional Nurse Manager – Outpatient Clinic

Overview:
CEC Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple FQHC outpatient clinics located in Bethpage, Glen Cove and Seaford. These clinics are licensed under DOH, OMH and OASAS. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple outpatient clinics located in Bethpage, Glen Cove and Seaford.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality of care
- Collaborate with Directors to set goals and objectives for each location
- Responsible for staffing, training, and performance management of Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, staff, and patients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Skills:
- Prior experience working in an Article 28 outpatient clinic and/or inpatient environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems (eClinical Works experience preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think strategically
