Our Admin Discharge RN will:

• Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the patients in the department.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Acute Care Med/Surg, Telemetry required.
• Cardiac monitor experience required.
• Associates in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in New York State.
• BLS required for all RN’s. ACLS required for PACU, ED, S Unit, and all critical care areas. PALS required for ED and PACU.
• TNCC preferred.
