LOCATION
This position is based at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, located at 6121 Montrose Road in Rockville, Maryland, the largest nursing home in the mid-Atlantic region. Our long-term care team is dedicated to delivering award-winning quality and person-centered care and promoting the dignity of older adults. Hebrew Home has 475 residents and 500 employees.SHIFTS & STATUSThis is a part-time, exempt position and the hours are every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00pm - 7:30 am.
OUR REGISTERED NURSE POSITION
The primary purpose of your RN role at Hebrew Home is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by licensed practical nurses and geriatric nursing assistants. Guidance provided by the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Nurse Managers.EDUCATION & TRAINING
Must possess, as a minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program. Must have a valid Maryland or compact state nursing license. Minimum of 1 year of experience in long term care or assisted living is preferred. Please note that CESLC will cover the cost to renew your license.
