LOCATIONThis position is based at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, located at 6121 Montrose Road in Rockville, Maryland. 
SHIFTS & STATUSThis is a full time, day shift position.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrate knowledge of the following:

• air conditioning systems and equipment.
• heating systems and equipment.
• Refrigeration systems and equipment.
• troubleshooting knowledge.
• computer based applications such as our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), etc...
• HVAC R preventive maintenance processes and procedures.
• leadership and organization skills.
• Respond to emergency calls from the building in the complex during non-regular hours.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Refrigerant CFC Universal License.
• Maryland HVACR Journeyman's License.
• Three years of experience working on commercial HVACR applications.
• High-school diploma or GED.
