Job Summary:
We currently have a Contract Administrator position available in our Concord/Sacramento location, hybrid role.
At Charge, a Contract Administrator plays a fundamental role in supporting each phase of contract development. This includes administrative support in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and researching to ensure the accuracy of agreements and contracts before final execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire contract's lifecycle activities. Additionally, the Contract Administrator works closely with the Contracts Management Specialist by maintaining a reliable contract database, monitor contract spends, tracks expiration dates, and facilitates timely communication of contract terms. Overall, a Contract Administrator at Charge is a versatile administrator who excels in organization, problem-solving, and contract administration.
