JOB TITLE: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Charette Cosmetics is now hiring a Call Center Representative for its location in the Miami Beach, FL location. This is a full-time position responsible for providing the highest level of customer service while building customer satisfaction and retention.

Our team has worked on formulating our own medical grade cosmetic line that we offer in office and through our e- commerce site. We formulated next generation medical grade chemical peels that give life changing results, and offer special services that no one in our industry is doing!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound lead calls
  • Closing sales (appointments, packages, memberships for multiple locations)
  • Gathering and confirming information used for scheduling
  • Establishing rapport and showing empathy to customers
  • Entering data into a database (Vagaro, CRM Software)
  • Booking and scheduling new appointments over the phone
  • Following up with clients to close sales
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a high volume inbound and outbound call center preferred
  • 1 Years of Sales Experience over the phone/ in person
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required
  • Working knowledge of booking platform and management system preferred
  • Working knowledge on Salesforce or CRM Software, preferred
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, energetic, and have a great attitude
  • Knowledge of cosmetic/ aesthetic industry preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
