We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious cocktails while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative and visually appealing drink recipes
- Interact with customers to take orders and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in brewing, bartending, or food handling
- Knowledge of banquet operations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for measurements and sales transactions
