Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee - Legal Assistant Seattle, Washington
The Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the Seattle Division of the Western District of Washington is seeking a full time Legal Assistant to join our team.
The Trustee and his staff administer Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases and pride themselves on the quality of our work and the assistance we provide to debtors, attorneys and creditors. This position will be in the office with the possibility of working one day remotely after six months of employment. The work hours are anticipated to be from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Essential Job Function:
The functions of this role will be to support the Legal Department with a variety of tasks. This role will work closely with the Trustee, Staff Attorneys, Paralegals and other staff to maintain a smooth, organized workflow.
