```Duties```
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail management is required.
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage store finances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Proven ability to negotiate and sell products or services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
