Chapman Value is Hiring a Tire Technician Near Scottsdale, AZ

Chapman Value Center of Scottsdale is looking for a Tire Technician to contribute to our service department. The Tire Technician is responsible for proper tire installation and maintenance services on all makes and models of vehicles. This role will collaborate with other technicians and customers, and will report to the Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Properly mount and balance tires
  • Perform tire rotations
  • Inspect damaged tires to determine if repair is possible, or if replacement is necessary
  • Patch tires when possible and replace TPM sensors

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in a tire shop preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
  • Self-starter and punctual
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

Shift is Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm, and every other Saturday. This position requires working in a shop environment, walking or standing for extended periods, and frequently lifting up to 75 lbs.
