Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
• Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment 
• Converting visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology to perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives
• Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles to the customer

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology 
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours & Work Environment

We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 8PM and Saturday from 8AM to 7PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
