Entry Level Technician

We are currently looking for Entry level Technicians for our Quick Service in Lancaster, PA. The position focuses on basic quick service maintenance that progresses through all maintenance and light repair and then master certifications for all automotive systems. Technicians must be able to offer excellent customer service and perform services on vehicles with the upmost integrity. This opportunity allows entry level technicians to work with a senior master technician on a progressive, structured mentoring and pay plan.

What you'll do:

• Entry Technician Duties:
• • oil change
  • Battery service and replacement
  • Tire rotation, tire repair and tire replacements
  • Wipers, bulbs, filters
  • Alignments
  • Recalls
  • PA state safety inspections
  • PA state emissions
  • Perform multi-point inspection of customer's car and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance to customer
  • Perform necessary preventative maintenance services
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
