Chapin Care is Hiring a Maintenance Assistant Near Ossining, NY
Cedar Manor is actively seeking a Part -Time Maintenance Assistant Friday-Sunday 9am-5pm.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Performing and assisting in routine plumbing, lighting, electrical, painting, and mechanical maintenance repairs of the facility;
2. Interacting with Fire, Building and Safety Inspectors to ensure compliance as needed;
3. Ensuring proper maintenance of the facility HVAC, electrical, and all other equipment; and
4. Assisting in moving and lifting heavy equipment and supplies.
