Summary:
The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing contractors, completing work orders, looking over turns, and responsible for On Call services. This is ideal for that candidate who is ready for a Supervisor role!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
Maintains the grounds by picking up trash.
Must possess knowledge of hand tools.
Diagnose plumbing and electrical issues in reasonable time.
Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as toilets, sinks, drains switches and fuses.
Flooring Repairs and Replacement
Tile Repair and Replacement
Diagnoses maintains, and repair appliances on site.
Change/ Replace Locks and Keys
Creates material lists, Coordinates deliveries, Stores materials in organized fashion.

Pay: $43,680.00 - $52,000.00 per year
