CHANNEL MARK SHELL LLC is Hiring an Estimator ( Construction Company) Near Cape Coral, FL

We are looking for a responsible Estimator to perform duties that include providing support to our managers, employees and field superintendents, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Estimator responsibilities include entering material bills as they come in, keeping track of job schedules, and making sure emails are being responded to. Other duties will be given and should be handled accordingly. Buildertrend experience is preferred but training is offered. Bilingual is preferred but not required . Job is fast paced and requires candidate to be self motivated and focus on the task at hand. Ultimately, a successful Estimator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Estimator studies a project's scope, budget and plans to determine the potential project cost and requirements. They present their estimations to project managers and monitor the project's progress to track direct and indirect labor and materials costs.

Responsibilities

  • Enter in Purchase Orders and send to Subcontractor/Vendors
  • Assist with ordering material for Site jobs
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Enter in and send out Change Orders to customers
  • Organize and schedule jobs from start to finish
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Skills

  • Construction experience
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Buildertrend Experience
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
