The role of the Maintenance Tech is to support locations in our company. We are looking for a talented Repair and Maintenance Tech. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Essential Functions:

• Basic Knowledge of Plumbing Systems
• Basic Knowledge of Floor Tile Replacements
• Basic Knowledge of Building Construction
• Basic Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance
• Basic Knowledge of Equipment Operations
• Basic Knowledge of Electrical Systems
• Monitor and Complete work orders assigned
• Maintain electronic and paper records
• Conduct research and present solutions for repairs
• Great phone/Communication skills is a plus
• Attend meetings and continued education
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Problem Solving Techniques
• Use of a database for work orders
