BIG PICTURE:

We are searching for a Talent and Development Associate that will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our companies needs and objectives. This individual will collaborate closely with our employees, leadership team, and stakeholders to develop engaging and impactful training materials. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills will be essential in delivering training sessions and workshops that inspire and empower employees to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for continuous learning and development.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Collaborating with department managers and HR to assess company wide training needs to develop customized training programs that address specific goals and challenges 
• Designing and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and interactive activities
• Conducting thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date
• Facilitating training sessions and workshops, delivering content in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner
• Providing coaching and support to participants while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of training programs

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience in talent and development training, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment within the entertainment industry 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Proficiency in designing and delivering training materials using various platforms and technologies
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and empathy

The Talent and Development Associate will report directly to the HR Senior Manager

Currently, the Talent and Development Associate has no personnel reporting directly to him or her

All the action takes place at our studio in Burbank, CA!

Monday - Friday full-time with a flexible schedule, will be discussed during interview
