Changing Lives at Home Mental Health is Hiring a Project Director Near Baltimore, MD

The Project Director will be responsible for the administration of the Baltimore County Public Schools partnership. This position works closely with the Executive Director and provides oversight of program managers and project staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overall management of the project
  • Collaborating with each partner school
  • Coordinating and leading partners
  • Supervising members of the project team
  • Overseeing project implementation
  • Financial and administrative oversight
  • Reporting and monitoring evaluation of the project
  • Strategic creation and implementation of project initiatives
  • Establishing relationships with community partners and project staff
  • Leading project presentations and meetings
  • Assessing and ensuring project progress
  • Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement decisions
  • Providing maintenance of project objectives and short-and long-term plans
  • Perform other assigned duties as they relate to the essential functions of the position.
