CHANGE with ABA is Hiring a Clinic Administrator Near Lodi, CA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our ABA facility. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for managing various aspects of the clinic, including utilization management, healthcare management, fiscal management, office management, and medical administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Oversees the day-to-day operations their assigned center
Open and or close Center during designated working hours
Responsibilities range from administrative duties to the development of the center’s team, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting the Billing and Payroll team by ensuring accuracy and reporting
  • Scheduling sessions and other appointments between staff and clients to fulfill contractedhours and billing requirements
  • Managing employee and client relations
  • Maintaining a safe and effective facility
  • Communicating with staff, patients, and families efficiently, effectively, and respectfully
  • Represent CWABA professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent CWABA in a positive manner and uphold all CWABA’s standards and values
  • Communicate, implement, and represent CWABA’s policies and mission at the center
  • Partner with the center Clinical Supervisor to obtain/maintain high scores in patient and staffsatisfaction

Accountable for learning and employing business systems, legal practices, HIPAA compliance, and technology as mandated by CWABA
Prepare and maintain client rosters and files, including the timely and accurate completion of assessments for the purpose of re-authorization
Manage all aspects of the center’s inventory and oversee the tracking of equipment and devices
Provide customer service to work through public relations with different stakeholders
Ability to lead in a complex and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor
Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with CWABA policy and HIPAA regulations
Responsible for facility cleaning, hygiene, safety and maintenance including utilization of approved vendors; ensure all procedures are followed and documentation is maintained
Meet regularly with the Group Operations Manager and/or Division Director
Attend required trainings and meetings
Other duties as assigned

Candidate must:

  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple people, situations, and children in play based setting.
  • Candidate must demonstrate stable and positive attitude
  • Candidate must maintain consistent attendance
  • Candidate must maintain reliable transportation to ensure their work attendance
  • Occasionally support clinical staff to ensure clients are safe or attend to clients as needed • Be able to lift-up to 30 lbs
  • Be able to perform physical movements such as sitting to perform various tasks, walking, bending to pick something up, carrying office items, etc. without limitations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required - College degree in related field preferred
  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in management required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to lead in a complex and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining a calmand focused demeanor
  • Decisive with an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective
  • Excellent leadership and people development skills; “leads by example”
  • Proactive, results-oriented, creative problem solver
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, andcommunicate in a diplomatic manner
  • Ability to prioritize and execute effectively
  • Effective interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staffand families
  • Ability to work closely with the families of patients for the patient’s overall success andquality of care, including the setting of expectations and enforcement of policy
  • Desire to learn the clinical side of the CWABA’s model
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and e-mail etiquette
  • English proficiency, both verbal and written, is require
  • Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Key Characteristics: Professional, reliable, adaptable, compassionate, active listener,enthusiastic
  • Be able to work with clients who are seated on the floor, in small chairs, or other home,school, community and clinic environments
