### Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management. ### Duties: - Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations - Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise - Buy and sell products to meet customer demand and achieve sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track performance, and make informed business decisions - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols - Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards - Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours - Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards and identify areas for improvement ### Skills: - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly desirable - Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Proficient in retail math calculations such as calculating discounts, margins, and percentages Join our team today and take the next step in your retail management career!
