The Bell Inn and Tavern is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team!

The Bell Inn nestled in the historic city center of Peabody. The Bell Inn & Tavern is known as a premier and historic eight room boutique hotel complete with restaurant, speakeasy-style bar, event grounds and other amenities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Inn and restaurants
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to guests
- Manage and train staff members
- Collaborate with the GM to coordinate and execute events
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Acts as the "Manager on duty" as required

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in the food & beverage or hotel industry is preferred
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services is desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
