Champs Sports Grill is Hiring a Kitchen Staff Near State College, PA

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for food service and customer satisfaction. Duties: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area as needed - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Familiarity with restaurant or hotel kitchen operations is a plus - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for growth, and a positive work environment.
