Champion Fasteners is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Champion Fasteners is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated responsible person that works well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview:

The Inside Sales team member will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient order processing. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have a solid understanding of industrial supplies and fasteners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations and solutions.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer records and order information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates as required.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to provide customers with up-to-date information.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial supplies and fasteners is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Dependable transportation is required.
