```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing
- Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
