Barkfield Animal Hospital is looking for a sparkling personality to join our reception team! We pride ourselves on our customer service and are looking for just the right fit! We are a small office and work closely with one another, so we are hoping to find someone with a sense of urgency as well as the ability to be an excellent teammate. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to pets and clients.
• Process invoice payments.
• Answer phones, schedule bookings, and obtain all necessary medical history.
• Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests.
• Accurately input data into computer software.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
In addition to a sparkling personality, the right candidate will also have the ability to multitask, excellent time management skills as well as the ability to manage fast-paced and stressful situations.

• Teamwork, a self-starter and a positive attitude are a must.
• Problem solving, computer knowledge and the willingness to help and learn new skills are required.
• Veterinary receptionist experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
• We are open 7 days a week, so some weekends and evenings are required.
