Champion Air is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team. At Champion Air, we've partnered with COSTCO, making it easier than ever for customers to purchase their home comfort HVAC system.
When you join our team, you will be the first impression for the Champion Air brand while approaching / providing COSTCO members with knowledgeable support throughout the initial sales process.
The purpose is to set sales appointments with COSTCO members as they exit the warehouse so our sales team can visit in person and sell a new home HVAC system.
This position is part-time with three days off each week at a minimum. Even with a flexible schedule and part-time hours, one can realistically expect to earn $1,600-$2,200 per week in commissions.

Yes, the compensation is quite high, and the job has flexibility on working hours. To ultimately be successful, we are seeking a candidate with a sales and commission mindset who loves talking with others and getting to know the people around them.
A person who is hospitable and understands the core tenants of customer service / success and possesses a positive mental attitude.
The ability to manage one's self is necessary as there is not a supervisor present for most working hours.
What Training Is Provided? Do I need to know about Air Conditioning?
You do not need to know about air conditioning. Our paid training will allow you to answer any question asked!
