```Responsibilities```
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and needs
- Design personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' specific requirements
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Lead group fitness classes and provide modifications as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their fitness programs as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Promote and sell fitness memberships, personal training sessions, and other services

```Qualifications```
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Experience in sports coaching or group fitness instruction is preferred
- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Certification in personal training or a related field is required (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Degree in physical education or a related field is a plus
