As a Marketing Business Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication among team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for marketing and business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Resource Management: Including but not limited to, managing marketing resources, including business reporting, inventory, standards and customer projects.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned on project objectives and timelines.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Content Coordination: Coordinate the distribution of marketing content across various channels, including social media, email, Salesforce / Pardot and other identified methods of Marketing.
  • Event Management: Assist in team planning and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners, including agencies, printers, and suppliers, to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, including campaign performance, ROI analysis, and market trends.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency within the department.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
This is an onsite job and is NOT remote. Regular and predictive attendance is mandatory.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger and handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
