Summary of Position:

Supervises a team of personnel to maintain a clean and safe work environment and produce high quality synthetic turf
products. Use email, Teams, and other means of communications to stay in contact with operations, planning, and sales.
Works with quality control and outside vendors to ensure the production proceeds proficiently. 3iky

• Monitor and direct the Fabrication team.
• Post transaction in NAV
• Communicates in Teams
• Creates and uploads documents
• Conducts inventory counts
• Operates hot glue applicators
• Creates synthetic turf products
• Ensures Fabrication goals are met
• Conduct daily safety meeting
• Track operational metrics
• Maintains communication with Customer service, sales teams, & planning
• Coordinates movement of orders with the Shipping/Receiving department

Qualifications:

Education or experience level-
5 years’ experience leading and managing personnel.
2 years’ experience in turf assembly
Exhibits mastery level understanding of turf assembly and installation techniques
Interpersonal Skills-
Ability to interact with others (co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, vendors, and general public) in a
professional manner, to accept constructive criticism from Supervisors, equals and subordinates.
Language Skills-
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
Mathematical Skills-
Moderate mathematical and reasoning skills
